How do I get started?
Request a free sample kit on our website. Once you review the samples, we can create a custom mockup using your logo and begin your order.
Are the samples really free?
Yes. We ship sample bags at no cost so you can see the materials, printing quality, and insulation performance before ordering.
What sizes do your thermal bags come in?
We offer multiple sizes including small, medium, and large thermal bags. Custom sizing is also available depending on your needs.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order is 5,000 bags for custom-printed thermal bags. Larger quantities receive discounted pricing.
How long does production take?
Production time is typically 15 days after approval of your design. Shipping time varies depending on the method you choose (air or sea).
Can I see my design before ordering?
Yes. We provide a custom digital mockup showing exactly how your bag will look with your branding.
How much do custom bags cost?
Pricing depends on size, print style, and order quantity. Most restaurants fall within the 60–85 cent range per bag.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We provide door-to-door shipping (DDP), meaning all taxes and duties are included. We ship directly to your restaurant or warehouse.
Do you offer repeat order discounts?
Yes. Once your design is set, all reorders qualify for reduced pricing and faster turnaround times.
Can I order other packaging products?
Yes. While we specialize in thermal bags, we also supply other custom packaging items by request. Just contact us for details.
How do I reorder?
